Chakra Balancing

Everything in the universe is composed of energy and our physical body is no exception to this. When one or more of the chakras are blocked and a person’s energy is not flowing harmoniously or it is wide open, people often feel tired and heavy. This imbalance can manifest into many different areas of our lives. Chakra balancing is the process of restoring a harmonious flow of energy across the chakra system. The effect of well balanced chakras often translates into a feeling of well-being, relaxation, centredness, increased vitality and embodiment of oneself.

Angelic Healing

Angelic Reiki is gentle intuitive energy healing. Balancing your energy field and releasing any blockages which are caused by factors such as emotional repression, belief systems, fears and traumas, leaving you feeling completely relaxed and positive. The difference being Angelic Healing and Reiki Healing is Reiki uses symbols to connect with your energy field where Angelic is intuitively guided connection.

Theta Healing

Theta Healing is the term used to describe an alternative therapy based on a healing technique that allows you to reach a level of consciousness which lets you to instantly change your emotional, mental, spiritual or physical reality.

It is a training method for your mind, body and spirit that allows you to clear limiting beliefs which no longer serve you, replacing them with positives allowing you to live life with positive thoughts, developing virtues in all that we do. It's all about positive changes.

Crystal Energy

Crystals hold amazing energy and the ability to perform exactly what is asked of them. Combining the universal healing energy of Reiki with the energy of the crystals works wonders in clearing emotional and physical energy blocks.
Please note, emotions may be triggered during a crystal healing session. Release of these emotions is normal, and expected during a session.

Angelic Distance Healing

Distance Healing is a healing technique based on the principle of free and uninterrupted energy flow and helps activate the natural healing processes in each patient's body as well as to restore their physical and emotional well-being. As an Angelic Intuitive, I am guided to the trigger of the issue, restoring a harmonious balance in the body. With this method I help clients all over the world to reduce their stress and anxiety, among other ailments. This can be performed via a phone call or a video link.

Relaxation Massage

Feeling tired, anxious or just simply in need of some TLC? Come to Harmonise Me where your mind can drift off into a blissful place while I pamper your body with gentle massage. (Ladies only). For my gentlemen clients I offer a neck and shoulder massage with a healing.

Sound & Meditation Healing

Take an hour out of your busy day to STOP. Allow yourself to be mesmerised by the beautiful sounds of the crystal bowls and guided meditation, drifting off into deep relaxation. Feel the benefits of receiving a personalised intuitive healing while you enjoy the beautiful sound bowls. Relax in the comfort of a recliner chair. Take a moment to breathe and connect with your inner self. We begin with a meditation which then flows into the magic of the sounds of the crystal bowls.

Returned Soldiers

Reiki has been very successful in helping people suffering from PTSD.

Reports in the US state that Veterans are "sleeping better and feeling less anxious" after a Reiki treatment.

I am am a volunteer with Soldier On in Perth and looking forward to providing healing and an improved lifestyle for our returned soldiers.
