Service Description

A place where you can really be yourself, sharing with a group of amazing women, a sisterhood who share the same passion for spiritual growth and well-being. A place where stories are shared completely without judgement. Sacred Women's Circles have been a wonderful support system for women for thousands of years. These days women's lives are so busy that we tend to forget to nurture our own bodies, so why not come along and meet some amazing women, create lasting relationships and have lots of fun along the way. Women of all ages and all walks of life are encouraged to come. Our Circle begins with a short introduction and a meditation which will lead into the subject of the day for discussion. Topics are often chosen by the group. Everyone has the opportunity to participate. We close with a short meditation followed by refreshments. Wear comfortable clothes. Shoes easy to slip off if that makes you more comfortable. Refreshments & nibbles provided.
